Hello,

I am Emily.

I am so excited you are here and hope I can capture some memories for you! In my sophomore year of high school, I joined my school's newspaper and found my interest in photography. I began taking a variety of sports photos and learning more and more about the art of photography.

Along with taking up newspaper and photography in high school, I busied myself with many activities. This past May, I graduated from Colorado State University with my B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences Education with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. While at CSU, I stayed very involved by being a College of Health and Human Sciences Dean's Ambassador, an advocating for my degree, and a member of a Bible study on campus. I love being able to serve people especially by capturing precious moments of their life through the lens.

This past June I also married my best friend! We now live in Briggsdale, Colorado where I teach Family and Consumer Sciences. I love what I do and am so blessed to take photos on the side of being a teacher.

I enjoy taking nature, rodeo, and portrait photos. I am excited to continue this journey of photography and have a small part in capturing your journey. I hope you enjoy my photos as much as I do!
